Privacy

EchoCairn collects your name, email address, business name, review links, any contact line you give us for guests (email or phone), and details you submit about your business or a review. We use this information only to provide the service: writing and delivering drafts, billing, replying to customers, and following up on free-draft requests.

Service providers that help us operate EchoCairn include Stripe for payments, Polsia for hosting and analytics, our email provider, and third-party AI writing tools. The AI writing tools process review text and details you submit to help prepare drafts.

EchoCairn uses Polsia's built-in analytics beacon. When enabled, it reads or creates a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage and sends that ID with EchoCairn's Polsia app identifier to Polsia's analytics endpoint. This site stores the ID in local storage rather than setting an analytics cookie; the beacon URL does not include a page path or referral source.

Free-pack requests are stored with Polsia, our hosting provider, or sent to our company inbox, so EchoCairn can follow up.

EchoCairn never sells your data and never posts to Google or Yelp for you. Drafts are suggestions for you to review, approve, and post yourself.

We retain customer data while you are a customer. Free-draft requests from people who do not become customers are deleted after 90 days.

We delete your data within 90 days after you cancel, except records we must keep for billing or tax.

You can request deletion by emailing hello@echocairnreviews.com. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
